Acne is a skin infection caused by a bacterium that triggers the formation of pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. Although this skin problem is not a painful condition, it is certainly embarrassing because it spoils the appearance of the skin. The causes of acne around the mouth

Normally, acne is caused by a malfunction of the sebaceous glands. These glands are located deep in the inner layer (dermis) of the skin. They are present in large numbers in the facial skin. These glands produce an oily substance called sebum, which is a very important job to keep the skin moist. Thus, adequate production of sebum is essential to prevent drying of the skin. However, when the sebaceous glands secrete excessive amounts launch, they block the pores of the skin are located on the epidermis (outer layer of the skin). The trapped sebum in the pores of the skin is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria to grow. The growth of bacteria on the skin triggers an inflammatory reaction, causing the formation of acne.

Increase water consumption

To get rid of acne around the mouth earlier, the water consumption increases can certainly help. For healthy skin and look younger, drinking enough water per day is often recommended. Skin problems such as acne and rosacea can be effectively reduced by adequate drinking water (7-8 glasses per day).

Products of skin care

There are many skin care products available on the market that can help heal acne around the mouth and chin. Creams against acne that contain 2.5% benzoyl peroxide are very effective in treating this problem that occurs around the mouth. Baking soda

Application of paste of baking soda can also do wonders for eliminating acne around the mouth and nose. Make a paste by adding 2 tablespoons of baking soda in 2 cups of warm water. Apply for a period of 10 minutes, and then wash with tap water. Baking soda may cause slight burning sensation, but certainly helps to make the skin better.
